Standard intensive treatment involves skin care, exercise/movement, elevation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Multi-Layer Inelastic Lymphoedema Bandaging (MLLB) with inelastic bandages (sub-bandage pressure >45mmHg) undertaken daily.
